PostLogic provides business-to-business print production and mail fulfillment, including producing, assembling, and shipping printed materials on behalf of business clients using tracked carriers and print-mail services.
Our services are offered to businesses and authorized representatives of businesses, not to individual consumers.
Services are provided per agreed order ("Batch") and invoiced per the client's service agreement. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of data and materials they provide for production and mailing.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the materials they ask us to print and mail are lawful and that they hold all necessary rights and consents for the recipient data they provide.
PostLogic's liability for any order is limited to the fees paid for that order. We are not liable for delays, loss, damage, misdelivery, or other issues caused by third-party carriers (such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS), or for errors in client-supplied data or materials.
