Our services involve custom-produced printed materials. Because production begins on a per-order basis, fees for materials already in production or produced are non-refundable.
If PostLogic makes an error in producing your materials — such as a misprint, incorrect assembly, or a defect in items we produce — our remedy is to reprint and reship the affected items at no additional cost.
Once materials are tendered to a third-party carrier (such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS), delivery is outside our control. PostLogic is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, misdelivery, or any other issue arising from the carrier's handling of a shipment. Such claims are subject to the carrier's own policies and claims process; we will, however, reasonably assist you in submitting a claim with the carrier.
Clients may cancel future services with 7 days' written notice. Any orders already produced or in production remain payable. Recurring card-on-file authorizations may be revoked in writing at any time, effective for future orders.
Please contact us at support@postlogicprint.com or 352-399-8199 before initiating any card dispute so we can resolve it directly. We will provide invoices and proof-of-delivery tracking on request.
