To deliver print and mail fulfillment, we process business contact information and the recipient data our clients provide for a given mailing (such as names and mailing addresses). We also collect standard business contact and billing information from our clients.
We use client and recipient data solely to produce, address, ship, and track the materials our clients order, and to invoice for those services. We do not sell client or recipient data.
Card payments are processed and stored through our PCI-compliant payment processor's encrypted vault. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
We maintain reasonable safeguards to protect data and retain records (including shipment tracking) for operational, billing, and compliance purposes.
Where we handle data subject to specific regulations, we do so under the terms of the applicable agreement (such as a Business Associate Agreement).
